Knafeh (or Kunafeh) is a traditional Middle Eastern dessert made with shredded filo pastry, or alternatively fine dough, soaked in sweet, topping typically layered with cheese, or with other ingredients such as clotted cream or nuts and sugar-based syrup. This impressive dessert is served hot or can be served cold. Our knafeh is rich, filling perfected homemade classic favorite cooked with passion.
